Production Process
Raw Material Processing
All raw materials (steel plates) include mill certificates and undergo elongation tests and chemical composition analysis before production to ensure compliance with required standards.
Cutting Process
Materials are precision-cut using CNC laser cutting technology, which delivers high-quality surface finishes through controlled melting and vaporization of material.
Molding & Welding
Steel plates are formed into specified shapes (circular, polygonal, etc.) using advanced bending machines. Longitudinal welding is performed with AC inverter control for stable, high-quality seams.
Galvanization
All poles receive hot-dip galvanization (IS2629-1985, BS729-1971 standards) for superior corrosion resistance.
